Good: Lots of merchandise and a very good cause. Some staff/volunteers very helpful and dedicated but others need a lot of work. My comments are meant to help them improve because they are doing a great service. I go there for crickets all the time.. Bad: I think the staff needs some courtesy and work-ethic training. Staff can be rude. I see them leaning and socializing when there are cat boxes and other things that need to be cleaned right next to them. Staff sometimes complains too much (tired, bad day, etc). Too much merchandise too little space. Aisles need to be kept clear. Cats are often not labeled as to name, age, sex, etc. and most staff don't know their info. They often do adoptions in the way of other customers. Front desk like everywhere is messy. Improvements: Better employee customer service training and addressing work ethic issues. Less merchandise or fewer cats. Better and more organized cleaning regimen obviously. Better enclosure labeling. May need better management of their volunteer program/staff.. Other: None of this would stop me from visiting them, buying supplies there or adopting from them. I may volunteer myself someday since it looks like they need help. Do visit and support them. Hope they read this.
