Good: I love this place! In addition to a good selection of high end raw and non-raw foods for dogs and cats, they have quirky gifts and accessories, a good variety of toys and supplies, and a knowledgeable, friendly service. Visiting Ruff is always a treat for me. Sometimes, I even drop in when I don't need to buy anything. It's just fun and pleasant. And they offer a curbside service! So, even though there is no parking other than the public garage (close by), the heavy items will be brought out to you.. Bad: They aren't cheap! But our pets are worth it, of course:) Also, they close at 8, and I can't always make it in before they close.. Improvements: I think they should extend their hours. It seems like in bustiling downtown Silver Spring, it would make sense to remain open longer. Also, the prices of raw foods could be a little more competitive.. Other: Living Ruff is a good trend setter for healthy food choices for our pets. I am glad they are there..
