I went into panim yaffot on Thursday for the first time. The lady in the front, dolly, is very rude, and speaks about customers (making fun of them) in hebrew to her co-worker. I insisted on getting my eyebrows done with a specific lady, yet they told me to take someone else. She did a lousy job, my eyebrows came out uneven and she burnt me! I complained about the service but to no avail.In the end, I walked out without paying. Do not go there. They treat you like dirt. Most of their staff is unlicensed. They get the cheapest workers and charge an arm and a leg for their services, relative to its quality.
