Chez Baliye is one of the best hair spas you will find. I have been having my hair done by the owner Sandra for 25 years and I can't say enough good things about the service I get. I always get complements on my color and cuts from my friends and co-workers. Sandra loves to do color and is always up on the new products for your hair. I totally disagree with one comment about how they juggle multiple clients at one time. There is nothing wrong with having more than one client in the chair. Sandra does a great job of handling multiple clients all the while making everyone feel like they are number one.
I highly recommend Chez Baliye for your cuts and color. Sandra is the best in her field.
