I brought my car in because I was told by friends that Douglas is the place to go for collision repair in Lakeland, Fl. When my car was finished I was so happy with the quality of repair and the paint match! They told me it would be back to dealer quality but you always expect the worst... I was blown away by the repair that was done on my car, You couldn't even tell that I had smashed the front end! The staff was super nice from the moment I walked in and explained everything in human terms that even I could understand:-) Overall, 5 STARS and I wouldn't take my car to anyone but Douglas! Thank you guy's!!!
