They are clearly only interested in making money and ripping off customers. I had a passenger-side window replaced and the guy put in the wrong size glass, didn't align it correctly, and broke part of the plastic on the door panel. I foolishly didn't stay outside with him during the whole process, that's what I get for trusting a company not to take advantage of customers. So to top it all off, not only do I have to replace the window again but because he misaligned it the metal bars inside the door frame are bent. I do not recommend this company at all.
