Review content:
I know Bob Oates as a resource provider rather than as a customer, but I have frequently observed him in action with his employees and customers. He is a second generation plumber and has learned everything his father had to teach him and added his own talents and drive to the mix. If I ever had an issue with my plumbing or had an occasion to recommend a plumber to anyone, Bob Oates would be my choice--hands down! He is like a bulldog--won't let go of a problem until it is solved. And, he hires plumbers who do the same thing....Tom Andrew
