I would recommend this dealership to any volvo owner! I went in to Volvo of Nashville a few days ago and the service was wonderful. The young man at the service desk was very helpful and polite. He told me I needed to go ahead and do my 100,000 service check(the car had 99,000). I waited in the customer lounge for all of 30 mins while they worked on my car. The owner of the dealership came in during that time and asked me if I needed anything and if I was assisted properly. This was the third time I have had my car serviced here and I have never encountered a problem. If you like nice people and good service go here!
