Alan is not only an excellent mechanic but very honest. He diagnosed my car correctly and actually checked to see if my car was under further warranty for a catalytic converter problem. He could have easily just told me that there was a problem and I would have paid him to do the job. Yet, his research into my warranty
( no mechanic would ever do that) let me do further work on my car at the dealer and save me 800 dollars.
Pros: thumbs up
Cons: one day when everyone finds they are great you will have to wait to get your car fixed
