"This is easily the best experience that I have ever had with a kennel... I only wish I would have found them before going to any other Austin kennels (all of which were terrible). We've been going to them for nearly a year now... and my dog loves it there! She always comes home exhausted from playing so hard with the other dogs. This is the only kennel that my dog has ever not been happy to see us at when we come to pick her up... she tries to go back inside!
As far as the owners go... I have only dealt with Mark. At first meeting, he didn't talk too much, so I couldn't get a feel for him... maybe others are judging on this. Ever since, however, he has gone out of his way to be as helpful to us as possible. He also knows my dog by name and is very good at handling her.
My wife and I had a baby in January... the day before the ice storm started. Mark had no problem leaving our pickup date up in the air... as we didn't know how many days we'd be in the hospital. As it turns out, for several reasons (including the Ice Storm itself) we stayed there for an entire week. Mark was great about it... and offered to wash our dog on whatever turned out to be our last day so that we could come home with the new baby to a clean dog. They even offered to... get this... drop our dog off at our house for us so that we didn't have to get out in the elements with the new baby.
I don't know what a couple other people's issues are with them... this kennel and its owners are wonderful! And even less expensive than any other kennel we tried here in Austin! 5 stars easy."
