Good: Agents are friendly and professional. Bad: In 2011:
Twice when I had to change a flight their price was $1000 more than the airline. A fee is acceptable, but $1000 on top of the airline's fee for changing.
Twice they were unable to make a hotel reservation. The locations were in industrialized nations, not 3rd world countries.
We use an agency so that we don't have to stop what we're doing.. Improvements: Be able to book a hotel in a foriegn land. If I am able to do it a travel agency certainly should be able to.
Stop ripping off the company I work for. They get a lot of business from my company. Over 500 bookings per year. They are adding to our overhead which effects peoples jobs and the economy of San Diego and the U.S.A..
