Review content:
The Target in Waukegan has EXCELLENT clearance. The back end caps are usually full of items upto 75% off. The best bargains I ever get are there on the clearance rack.
My biggest complaint I have is they frequently have sticker errors (the shelf prices don't match the scanner price). I have come to the point where I match the UPC on the items to the sticker on the shelf to ensure that I save myself the aggravation of having to return items that ring up much higher than the posted shelf price.
The cashiers are friendly and most of the CSRs are too.
