My room was very dirty for a hospital and the staff just did not seem to care including the person who I was told runs the houskeeping department (Burke) his reply after my addressing the cleaning or lack there of was "what you think this is a hotel" Since I belive that a hospital should be cleaner then a hotel I nor my family will neaver go back to North!!!!!
