Review content:
Sure, they have the talent. But behind the scenes is chaos, bad attitude, and carelessness. Mistakes very common. And all customers and all orders are definitely not treated equally. A little humility added to the talent may equal a true quality product and customer service that is deserved, but that is not the case now. Plus, talking about customers behind their backs (and even laughing at what you think is their lack of taste or style or class) is just not ok.
