The service was very terrible. I've tried this salon several times. The prices are resonable so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I will never go back again. Not only was there a language barrier with my stylist. Each time I went I was insulted with remarks like you must color your gray hair (which is not that gray)..."it makes you look very old". So I went ahead and asked for my hair to be color to match my natural color. The color was off and the hair cut wasn't what I asked ofr. Plus after much presser to get the hot oil treatment for a "great price" I walked away with even dryer hair than what I had.
Pros: reasonable prices, walk-in appointments
Cons: language barrier
