This place has been one disappointment after another. I've lived here since the Summer of 2010 and it has been a nightmare getting anything done with management. I had to post to let everyone know about how poorly the management handles things after I got robbed last week. There were MULTIPLE robberies the day it happened to me. It has been going on since January and they never gave anyone notice. They have not added and have no plans to add any additional security measures. When I asked why there were no emails to alert anyone after the first round of robberies, they told me they didn't have everyone's email address. When I asked them why they sent out emails to let everyone know about Tootsie's staff parking in OUR garage, but not to be aware that there were robbers breaking doors open with crowbars and stealing belongings, they had no answer. \r

Do not bother wasting your money renting here, try somewhere else where they actually care about residents' safety.\r
