Giving the Pet Hotel at PetSmart in Round Rock, TX even one star is a compliment. For the second time I have left my dogs in their care and they have been sent home with excrement on their feet. They actually tried to clean their feet with baby wipes because they did not want to foot the bill for a bath when the incident occurred. I won't go into detail simply due to the severity and disgusting nature of the problem. But, I will emphasize that I am contacting the Health Dept. It is unfortunate that even after approaching store management at all levels, their solution was an offer to pay for my dogs to have an $11.00 bath--this would have been great if it would have been the same day or even week--it was one month after my repeated attempts to reach a resolution! In the end, I was told that because their flooring is old, it soaks up what the dogs leave behind even though they try to mop the floor regularly. Just shocking!! So, please chack your dogs feet if you board at Pet Smart in Round Rock!!
