I went today to Estee for the first time. I couldn't believe my eyes when a plate was taken out from a sterilizing microwave looking box and the nail clippers etc that were in the plate did not look clean. There were small pieces of someone else's nail that had been clipped in the plate. I asked the lady if those items were cleaned and she said they were sterilized. I wasn't sure I still wanted to do my nails there, but I stayed. I later noticed the lady who was doing my nails wasn't really cutting my cuticles out correctly. She was leaving some. I at one point asked her to please take off the cuticle off one nail that wasn't done completely. She didn't reach the end of the nail to paint it either. But what took the prize was when she was done with me. She placed the cuticle cutter and all instruments used on me without being washed in the microwave looking box. I will never return to Estee Nails. I felt disgusted when I left the place.
