I bought my first car from Pro Chrysler Jeep Plymouth Eagle in April of 1994. I've been going back off and on for parts and service ever since, even if I didn't buy my other cars from them. I did some telephone work for them a couple years back, and sat and talked with the owner, John Schenden, for a bit when I was there. Didn't strike me as a big time business owner. I could have had that same conversation with one of my coworkers. He was a everyday, normal guy, and that attitude seems to be passed on to his employees. They all seem to talk to you on a level that's not like it's someone trying to take your money and send you on your way. Took my car in for service a couple days ago, and if you've ever dealt with a typical car dealer service writer, you probably dread even going there. Not the case here. Everything is easy, the conversation isn't even close to being tense or combative like I've experienced at other places. The service writer and the technician both took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on with the car, and what my options were, even going so far as to tell me it was ok to take the option that didn't involve giving them more money (!). Like the last reviewer said, Zack in parts has been there forever, and is always extra helpful and seriously knows his stuff. I would definitely recommend Pro to anyone for sales, service or parts. And I'll definitely be back.
