Review content:
I went to Chopra during spa week... you enter the store and head downstairs, where the floorplan is quite large (spa service, sitting room and yoga). The folks were all very pleasant. I had a facial which was not aggressive, rather more focused on calming and relaxing (about 40-45 minutes long). At the end, there is no hard product sell (chopra has its own line). My facialist actually forgot to recommend products, but I was quite impressed with and bought the mild acne cleanser, which had an alluring but calming lemongrass smell (prices are pretty typical). The only thing I was a little annoyed by was that we fill out the "chopra" survey which is supposed to tell you what "type" of person you are... my facialist never reviewed it with me. Pros: warm staff, great skincare products
