I gave them 1 star because there is no zero star option! Worst customer service ever, peroid! My wife was on her way there for a haircut and took a wrong turn, she called me, and I called the spa to let them know she was going to be about 15 mis late. When my wife got there she was told that they gave her app time to someone else and if she wanted to wait for an hour they MIGHT be able to get her in!
