Review content:
Despite working in the TV industry, I've long shied away from being in front of the camera. Ditto speaking to groups regardless whether they were my employees or to a gathering or making a presentation.
One session (1!) with Virginia and I learned enough to develop the means and mechanisms to cope with, and after a little practice, surmount my insecurities and camera-fright.
There was nothing remotely untoward or scary about the process. No being hypnotized or feeling out of control. Just clear-eyed advice accompanied with practical lessons.
On a dollar per value basis, I can't think of anything that compares in terms of effectiveness.
I whole-heartedly recommend Virginia - even to dyed-in-the-wool Manhattanites. All you have to lose are your fears!
Bill
Pros: easy, relaxing, inexpensive, under my control
