To be honest, I was not pleased when I walked in. No one greeted me. The sylists would flit about, but apparently none of them were supossed to greet the clients walking in. I went there because of the $55 package I bought. I was early, but was not seen until 10 or 15 minutes after my appointment. I met my stylist (Raina), whom I liked a lot. The first time I went, I used the highlight package. In that package it said the eyebrow waxings were free, but then she told me that was a misprint. It was only $5.00, so I got them done. She did a FANTASTIC job with the waxing and highlights. I had to bring my 4 year old daughter with (I had told them I would have to bring her) but one of the stylists was a complete b*tch about it (there is no better way to describe her). Another stylist (maybe the owner?) noticed my daughter had some color in her hair and did a treatment to get the purple out. She didn't charge me for it which was nice. I went back the second time to get my hair cut. I was also ignored this time when I walked in. I was early (again), but I didn't see Raina, so I just waited. Eventually, she came out of the back room and we started my haircut early. She did a really good job. Raina is the best thing about that place. I have not used my other packages and I don't think I will. I will go back to get my hair cut and highlighted only because of Raina. If I would have gotten any other stylist, I would never go back.
