Very expensive, gave cat Vaccinations that he already had and DID NOT remove charge. You will get charged an exam fee even if you are just dropping off for a sedate to groom. Office staff was rude when had to cancel appointment because we forgot to pull food. I would think they would be happy we canceled for the safety of our cat. No she stated " I even called to remind you" very sarcastically. Will not go back
