Review content:
I don't know how anyone could recommend this place. I have lived here for almost a year with my boyfriend and I can't find a lot of nice things to say except that our lease is almost over. We looked at a lot of places before renting, but the staff here did a great job of "selling" this place to us by raving about the people who live here and the great remodels and new ammenities. Well besides the signs that have been posted since we moved in thanking the residence for their patience during remodeling, there is not one sign of anything changing here. Unless you count the metal vineyards they added to the gates! I'm glad to see my rent money going to good use! The people that live here are less than the young professionals the staff assured us they cater to. I'm not sure how many the people the complex allow to live in one buildling, but some seem to have quite a few regulars (I've seen one apartment that had a second family move in. Talk about affordable living for them!) People drive in and out of here ALL night with their stereos bumping and the bass rattling their car doors and the apartment walls. Of course we have security who usually drives through around 6pm. A lot of good that does. Good luck trying to get management to take care of complaints. I had to continously call and the problem still hasn't been taken of. I really think the property managers should review who they have working and respresting them. Pros: Our lease is almost over Cons: Having to move
