Matvey Construction was terrific for our older building. He was able to explain the problem in a way that we could understand and was very practical in the fix - explaining all of the problems we had and the risks of each so we could prioritize effectively. On top of great work, he went above and beyond throughout the project, from coming to board meetings in the evening to help explain the repair to the entire membership and helpfully answer questions to a small repair on the stairs which "bugged him so he just took care of it".
I don't want someone to repair my home that can only do the work. I want someone who can also explain the work to me so I understand what's being done and feel good that the work was the correct solution. Matvey did this extremely well for us.
