Review content:
I had my hair cut/colored by this 18 year old there and they charged around $200 for someone who was just out of school! I got a better haircut at HAIR CUTTERY on BROADWAY!. Then I had an eyebrow & lip wax. The first time, they burned my brows. It took about a week for the red to go away, after the skin peeled off. The second time, this girl Julie didn't know how to shape them and didn't trim them. She also waxed them too thin, very unnatural. Think Joan Crawford. The salon is nice inside. The front desk are wierd. I called the manager/owner, but she never bothered to call back. Emily (the older highly strung one at the front desk), wouldn't answer my questions. Frankly, if your spending $25 plus tip for brows and $15 for lip waxing, which is overpriced to begin with, you would think you would get someone who knows what they are doing. Or the very least, the owner would care that you had a bad experience, and apologize. They are just right in their own minds and the customer doesn't matter. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend them at all. It's very disheartening because they seem like a professional business from the outside and all the fancy advertising. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Pros: the shop inside is pretty Cons: bad haircut, overpriced, burned my skin waxing, mis-shapen brows
