This Chinatown travel agency has helped me in the past when buying low-cost international tickets. The staff is friendly, and they are able to communite in many languages. They are prompt and answered all of my questions about buying a complicated itinerary and got me a great price on a plane fare - beating other agents by at least 15% after-tax. If you're heading to Asia, these are the people to see.
