My Toilet hose broke while I was at work I came home to a huge flood , call these people and they were supposed to have some one come out , They never came until 8 pm I had called them at 1 . So in addition to my walls caving in .My furniture , tv , and everything else was destroyed . If they would have arrived in the promised 2 hours my stuff could have been saved. So much for being a restoration company. Why is a company from concord servicing Sausalito , No wonder it took so long.
