Review content:
We dropped in for lunch on a Sunday around 1:00 and it was fairly busy but not overcrowded. the staff was not able to keep up with the basics. Water glasses were left empty special sushi orders were slow to be delivered. Basically anything that wasn't delivered via the conveyer belt had a difficult time making it to our table. With that said the sushi was good quality. However, there are far too many other options in Bellevue to put up with the lack of service at Blue C.
