I've used Sears Auto in Hancock Center for many years for batteries and tires, because it it in my neighborhood. While I have no complaint about the quality of their products or prices, their customer service is just the worst. I realize that auto shop staff is generally not very approachable or helpful, especially to middle-aged ladies, but Sears takes it to a whole notha level! When I hang out politely waiting for service, they don't acknowledge me, and they are always very silent (surly?) when I check out. I mildly asked them for a bill breakdown and they looked at me like I was crazy. So I just docilely paid so I could asap escape from the black hole of negativity. Once, they really lied to me, but I won't go into that. The management of the shop must condone rudeness or it's just a very unhappy work place.
