Tyrone(car #86) saved this review. He was great. Calm, safe, considerate driver on crazy highways in the suburbs at rush hour. If he goes into business for himself, I'll call him again. My big gripe is the dishonest nature of their pricing. I was in Downers Grove for business, and saw on their well-arranged website that the cost for a ride from DG to Midway Airport would be $47. When the bill came though, it wasn't $47. It was $53. Plus a $3 fuel surcharge that was never once mentioned before I was handed the bill. Plus a $2 "airport tax" that was also never once mentioned before I was handed the bill. That comes to $58, not $47. I would not have called them for $58, as my employer won't reimburse that large of a bill. They probably know this very well, and just lie on their website to make the sale. They won't be making another sale with me.
