Review content:
I purchased a package from Living Socials for a 60 minute facial, 90 minute massage and a 30 minute foot masque. Well, it was not as advertised! I was taken into my first treatment (the facial) 20 minutes late AFTER asking if my treatment time(s) would be penalized for the Spa's tardiness. "No, no! Not at all!" I was assured I would be receiving my full treatment times. I was then moved down the hall to another room for my foot masque and massage. I had a less than experienced massage therapist whose technique was something to be desired. IE: dragging her elbow down my spine, not warming up the muscle tissue before she executed deep tissue techniques, no effleurage finishing strokes to the heart to push toxins through the system, etc. I got off the massage table to realize the therapist had cut my massage time by 10 minutes. When I inquired with the manager and therapist as to why this occurred, I got the "deer in the headlights" stare from both of them. Nice..........
