The grounds are fine; the neighbors were too, the apartment was decent, the parking was adequate. But the management was an awful experience!!!
Never before have I an engineer, who makes good money, pays his rent, has no loud parties been so harassed by management of any complex before.
They were never happy and find every opportunity to threaten to evict, invade your privacy, and leave personal information on youre door.
You can take my word for it or learn the hard way, but going home after a long day at work to fight with the management about any trivial matter makes me sick to my stomach!
Pros: close to mall, close to stores, pool
Cons: rude management, high fees, unplesant experience
