You go to the DInosaur Bar-B-Q not only for the stick to your ribs fabulous food, but also for the unique atmosphere. Founded by bikers, when you first drive up to the Dinosaur, you will see rows of bikes parked out front. Yet you walk inside and see the mix of hardcore bikers and business people in their three piece suits. The place is laid back and informal, a perfect place to grab some food and beers with your friends. Take home the BBQ sauce and get your hands on the Dinosaur cookbook if you can.
