This cleaner has gone downhill in the past couple of years. College students are workers and that's great but it is clear that the management does not care how they treat the clothes. In the past year, every other time we have picked our clothes up they need to be re-ironed. Now, they have lost our clothes. I know it happens but there's a way to handle things. When I called the cleaners the manager answered the phone and when I ask who was speaking he rudely answered "Who do you want to speak to?" The answer in itself should have told me that we were not the only customers calling with a problem. The manager didn't want to discuss our missing clothing. I will never shop here again. If you are considering the cleaners, RUN the other way.
