I don't know what the deal is with the bad reviews. Competitors maybe? I called them because my husband had a great experience and recommended to use them again. (My husband had purchased his washer, dryer, and other appliances here years ago before I entered the picture, and he had a great experience both with the purchase and with service repair calls.) I also had a great experience with them just over the phone. I called to enquire on the brands they carry and a man answered after only two rings. He was VERY polite and even remained patiently on the phone with me for 10 minutes answering all my questions and explaining the pros and cons of all the brands they carry! He was knowledgable, honest, and patient, qualities which are rare to find these days! I will definitely buy our new washer and dryer from Depew.
