Businiess name:  Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

Review content:
I went to Fleming's for the first time this past week. It was so great. I was still thinking about the steak for the next 24 hours! When I first got there, I waited at the bar for my friend. I had a chance to peruse the wine list and bar menu. The restaurant carries over 100 wines by the glass and although I didn't try anything, the bar menu looks delicious, with appetizers like crab-stuffed mushrooms and an artichoke served with aioli. They also have a steak sandwich. When my friend arrived, we were shown to our table. The service was impeccable by everyone, from the server to the valet. We shared a spinach salad. The dressing and the goat cheese were perfect! The bread you get is toasted crostini bread with a couple of types of spreads. It's good but I really wouldn't eat any and fill up your stomach! I ordered the petite fillet and my friend ordered the boneless new york strip. Mine was definitely better. It was so tender, I was able to cut it with a fork! For a side dish we shared a double stuffed baked potato with pancetta and cheese. And desert was a lava cake. DELICIOUS! You have to get it if you eat at Fleming's. All in all, the night was wonderful. If you are planning on having a nice steak dinner, you should definitely go to Fleming's.
