Review content:
I had been a member at ACAC for a long time, then decided to give the others a chance and joined the YMCA when they opened, but after about a year, I went back. There were a few friends/people who tried other clubs for a while to see what's out there and almost all of them ended up going back like me. I'm not very athletic, I just exercise 2-3 times a week to stay healthy and I think they offer a friendly atmosphere for people like me. I'd love to go to a club that's cheaper, I wish they only charged $25 a month, but I know this is far fetched from reality. So I've come to the conclusion that if you want a clean, family-friendly environment, I'm willing to pay the extra 10 bucks per month. I've tried almost all the other fitness facilities in the area over time and I just think that when it comes to customer satisfaction these guys try their best to please the customer. I don't know about other people's experience, but I've always been greeted with big smiles, everyone starts calling you by your name once you start going regularly to the club and they're all very helpful. And a few comments I put on their surveys that they send out every year and someone even contacted me by phone to resolve my problem! I would recommend this club to people who value quality and think that it's worth it to pay a little extra for it.
