I got a good deal on a vehicle which was on sale 2 days prior to purchase and they allowed me to purchase the car at the sale price even though it was no longer on sale and was well below retail value. The staff was hassle free and friendly; however, I did feel as though the staff was not very educated on the car I was purchasing, I would asked questions and never get a straight answer. It was a lot of "I think..." and "I'm not sure" answers. The total time spend at the dealership was a little too long for my liking, right around the 5 hour mark (included test drive, paperwork, financing, and detailing). The one thing I disliked the most was the finance guy. He makes up for the hassle-free salesmen. He was very persistent on the extended warranty, to the point of annoyance. I rate this dealership at 3 stars because I liked the hassle free service, I greatly appreciated their cooperation on the sales price, but the finance guy, the time to purchase the car, and the lack of knowledge on the salesman's part reduced my level of satisfaction with Friendly Ford.
