Businiess name:  Threatre De La Jeune Lune
Review by:  Mark L.
Review content:
The Jeune Lune is the most inventive theater troop in the twin cities. Productions range from vaudeville to opera but always maintain a delightful irreverence and timeliness. The key members of the company never disappoint. They fill every role from direction to acting to writing and set design. The company’s production of the Magic Flute was brilliant, and Steven Epp is the second funniest man on the planet (Marcel Marceau is the funniest). Unlike the Guthrie, the Jeune Lune doesn’t try to push the same saccharin fluff on its audience every season. They actually try to invent and reinvent. For this reason, the Jeune Lune was awarded the regional Tony this year. The theater is located in a remodeled warehouse in Minneapolis’s warehouse district. There is some street parking. If you have to park in a lot, it will only set you back three bucks.
