Review content:
I received the worst treatment ever. The property manager moved me and my child into a apartment full of MOLD. After I made several request to be release from my lease, they released me 6 days after signing. The treatment from corporate all the way down to the rude manager is horrible. Please don't make the mistake I made of not listening to my gut after reading the other post. I lost time and money. By the way, they kept my deposit and the prorated rent and it was there apartment that had mold. They explained that by saying that it was not given back due to re-rent cost. I guess they used my money to rid the apartment of MOLD. I have filed several complaints with various state agencies. If you live there and wonder if you have MOLD, contact the health dept and they will come out and check the home. I found out this after I removed my belongings and gave back the keys. Please call Wake County Health Dept! Don't hesitate. You do not have to see MOLD for it to be present. Its a silent killer and it does kill. Thanks for reading.
