Over the past 5 years I've had two Audi A4's serviced by Ron and his team. They do a high quality job keeping the cars running. I never dreamed the service bills on these cars could get so large so fast! Ron has done a fantastic job talking through the repairs, what's needed, what could be skipped, places to save money, etc.
He and his team go the extra mile on customer service. When my repair bill for one visit exceeded $5k, they waived a good portion of the labor charges. Recently, I needed all new tires. Ron called over to Wheel Works to spec out the correct tires and obtain referral pricing on them.
I strongly recommend the shop.
