Review content:
I'm ok with paying high prices. It's not like I get treatments everyday. Xanadu charges high prices, but the services I received was not worth it. I came here on a promotion and I'll never come back again. The put a mandatory gratuity % over the regular price. In addition to that, the steam room was not even on. I turned it on, waited 20 minutes for it to warm up. I wanted to go into the Jacuzzi while I waited, but was told that swimsuits are mandatory. Why didn't they tell me that when I booked the appointment? I ended up sitting in a quiet room watching TV for half an hour. When my appointment finally started, my therapist tried to sell me cellulite cream. I'm a 30 year old female who has never been pregnant and have no cellulite. My therapist focused our session not on relaxation, but on products I SHOULD buy if I want to prevent having cellulites in the near future. So Let me get this straight, I'm spending money to listen to a sales pitch? It was NOT relaxing for me at all. In addition to that, the whole time, I can hear another therapist's cell phone ringing, I can also hear that therapist chit chatting on the cell phone, and warming her food in the microwave at the same time. For those people who wrote good reviews, I really challenge them to go to another spa. You don't have to believe what I wrote, but if you been to other spas, try this one once and you'll regret it. Pros: Parking Cons: Price, Service, Sales Pressure, Noise, Facility
