Businiess name:  Williams Plumbing & Drain

Review content:
I called Williams to come out and inspect a leak in our crawlspace as you could hear water running from behind a wall, adjacent to an outdoor spigot and we were smelling what was believed to be mildew. A plumber arrived the same day (Wednesday) about 3 hours after the initial phone call, just to say that the smell may be a sewage leak and he would be back 8:30 AM on Friday to do the repairs. Wednesday evening, coincidently, the smell became almost unbearable when our washing machine drained... definitely a sewage leak. I called Williams back Thursday morning to confirm that someone would be out Friday morning to fix the leak as it was most certainly sewage. I even spoke to the plumber who had been out the previous day. He once again assured me that he would be there Friday morning to do the repairs. Friday morning came around... 8:30, then 9:30, then 10:30. No phone call or word from Williams. When I called their office and asked when I could expect someone out, I was told that there were some "emergencies" and someone should be out soon. I called the office again at 1:00 asking if I should find new plumbers because raw sewage in a crawlspace was unacceptable. Again, I was told someone would be out shortly. There was another phone call at 2, and another at 3 -- at which point the man on the other end of the line told me it was 'too bad' they hadn't made it out and made it clear he had no intention of helping me. When I asked to speak to a manager or someone else in charge, he told me that he would not put me in charge with anyone else because "that's just the way things are". Oh, and that they would try and make it out by Monday. So, I can't really tell you anything about the quality of work they do because it seems like it's impossible to schedule them to do any. They're rude and dishonest.
