Review content:
Joel serviced my house in Sanford on 3/23. He was right on time to the appointment - maybe even a few minutes early. What was impressive was the combination of his professional, friendly demeanor and his knowledge. So often, you meet service and salespeople that have a partial package but that was certainly not the case with Joel. He took the time to answer my questions regarding mice and even installed and easy dog friendly trap. He had the foresight to put it away from an area where the dogs could reach it and he made sure to show me specifically where the bait box was in case our dogs happened to slip by us - even though the bait shouldn't be significantly bothersome to them if they did get into it. He even took his shoes off when he entered my house and was incredibly easy to work with. I would certainly recommend Joel again!
