Good: I really like Dr. Taylor as a dentist. She has always been very informative and detailed.. Bad: I scheduled an appointment 2 days ago&needed to cancel less than 24hrs before due to unforeseen circumstances. Krista,Office Manager,in a disrespectful tone, told me that if my $35 cancellation fee was not paid, it would go to collections&I was not able to see or speak with Dr Taylor until then.I was not told about the cancellation fee when I scheduled my appointment. I have never been spoken to in this manner by an "Office Manager" that is supposed to represent such a well-established facility.. Improvements: An apology and fee waiver.
