I want the best, when it comes to my pets, anyone in my family or circle of friends, so when it comes to finding a vet, well I already said it I want the BEST. I do my homework and yes, doctors, I verify everything that you tell me. I even research alternative vet procedures and play the pros/cons game. This way I come up with all sorts of questions to ask them and they have always answered to my full satisfaction. The staff is very knowledgeable competent and fun! We have used Mt. Hood Pet Medical for many years and love the doctors there. We won't go anywhere else. Why? Well I have horror stories that would fill volumes about other vets in the area, but that is not the important part. What is important is if you are looking for a great vet; then it is Mt. Hood Pet Medical. The clinic is sparkling clean (Yes, I am one of those neat freaks). The pricing is consistent. The procedure is friendly, efficient and I stay with my pets the entire time. My questions and concerns are always answered. After the appointment I can call back with my extensive questioning and they still want to talk to me. The staff and doctors CARE deeply for my animals, they even get their names right. LOL!
