I would like to take a moment to let you know that those in your service department are GODS! I recently brought in my (Coleman purchased) bike for routine service and several housekeeping items, all of which were done to the usual level of perfection. One unexpected item involved the sheering of a gas tank holding bolt. Now, this particular make/model has always suffered a ‘buzzing’ tank, so much that Honda has inserted a rubber spacer between tank and frame as a factory part. Your crews’ solution to the sheering fixed not only the bolt, but brought the tank to mate with the frame so well that even Honda’s rubber spacer is no longer needed!! A tight tank AND No Buzzing!! Someone needs to tell Honda. I would be remiss if I did not mention that your service manager, Heath McKee, has always been remarkable. He is adept at managing people and issues on both sides of the counter and his mechanical prowess is matched only by his sense of fairness.
