I Purchased a complete home theather room $6500)from Dustin a year and a half ago in Peoria. I had to get my projector repaired recently (which was under warranty), but Imprressive Home Theaters would not come and pick up, so I had to spend $48 shipping it myself. They told to call them when I get it back, and they'd come calibrate the settings again. When I got it back and called htem, they told me they no longer serviced the Peoria area, and I was on my own. Real nice since the projector was under warranty. I asked to speak directly with Dustin but he was "unavailable." I also requested he call me directly, but he has not called. Please be very careful dealing with this company as they DO NOT stand by the products they sell!!!!
